Terms and Conditions

Upon registration and payment of fees, the student/ parent is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions of ACUBE Achievers Pte. Ltd.

The first payment includes:
Tuition fee (1st month). No Registration fee & No Deposit Payable.
(ii) Material Fee / Subj / Sem $20 (or part thereof)

All payment must be made by the 10th of each month. A $15 administrative fee is chargeable for late payment. Monthly fee will be pro-rated on months with:

• gazetted public holidays, unless otherwise agreed,
• a 5th week,
• scheduled centre breaks.

All scheduled lessons (Refer to TABLE below) are compulsory and lesson fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Make-up arrangements for students who have missed lessons: Student will receive a lesson recording of the full lesson coverage (e.g. Content Teaching & Worksheet Discussion) at least 3 days before the next lesson, as a make-up lesson to align with the class progress. [NOTE: these recordings are usually of a shorter duration and are considered and payable as one lesson fee.]

ACUBE reserves the right to cancel lesson(s) or engage a qualified teacher (MOE-Trained) to relieve a class in event(s) when the main teacher is not available due to ill health, trips, reservists, family matters, etc. Cancelled lesson fees will be refunded in the next invoice.

All weekly lessons scheduled are COMPULSORY for Academic Terms 1 - 4.
